Cabin Time!

The day after Christmas we packed up and drove to Cascade to spend a few days at the Hall Family cabin.  The weather was so cold but it was clear and sunny and beautiful.
Our first night at the cabin, we played with Play Dough and got lots of loves from Grammy and Grampy.  The kids really had fun with the Play Dough dentist set.  Papa was happy to help shape the teeth and give lessons on how to use the drill.
We loved getting out to play in the snow together.  It is usually so cold in Rigby that we don't enjoy the snow.  Plus it is hard for Mommy to get out and play because of Joey.  Since we had so many grandparents willing to care for JoJo (and avoid the cold), Mommy and Daddy had a lot of time to play with the big kids.
Tommy didn't want to get off this sled.  The other ones just weren't as fun after he got to try a few runs on this one.
 We love the snow!
Such a beautiful place.  We love coming to the cabin! on Sunday we visited one of the ward in McCall for church.  The number of visitors outnumbered the ward members almost 4 to 1.  The girls were a little nervous about going to Primary in a new place, but they did fine.  Tommy loved nursery.  They served Lunchables, Capri Sun drinks, Go Gurts, and Frosted Animal Crackers.  The kids in our nursery at home get raisins and Goldfish crackers.  Tommy might never go back home. We spent the rest of Sunday just relaxing indoors and playing games as a family.
Monday morning, the guys hit the snowmobile trails and went to No Business Lookout.  They found a dead cow frozen and buried in the snow. Papa was even kind enough to take pictures, but I won't share them here.  Yuck!

Jeremy loved going off the trails and climbing hills.
 Beautiful view
This looks so different in the summer time!  Once we came up here and there were dozens of little chipmunks trying to beg food off of us.  All of our nieces and nephews got a big kick out of them.
I love this one of Papa with the view behind him.
Three of the best men in all the world!  So glad they could have a gorgeous day for riding.
We had a great time in the snow together. The cabin is one of our favorite places and we love getting to be there with all of the grandparents.
