Bear World 2013

Before Puna returned to Washington we made a family visit to Bear World for "Cubpalooza"!  It was a blast to see the bears so close - a little too close at times - and enjoy the tiny new cubs.

 This big guy decided to give us a scare and jump up on the car.  We have been to the park two other times and never had anything like this happen before.  He didn't scratch the car, but did leave big muddy prints on the hood.

 Bear World lets you ride the rides as many times as you want.  The girls wanted to ride a lot.

Before going home we did one more drive through to see the animals.  We had another bear jump up on the van!  Twice in one visit.  The park trainers had to drive over and scare it off so we could keep driving.  It was pretty amazing.
